About the Event
About
OAA believes that everyone is born to move and compete, no matter their age. We are aiming to use the power of Athletics to get athletes over the age of 30 to get moving and be more active, to demonstrate that athletics is a sport for life. The Day will be held in each Member Federation, throughout the time frame, with an emphasis on these competitions being open and promoted to masters’ athletes. Awards (Electronic certificates) will be presented to the top three (3) performances in each 5-year age group for each event.
Events
There will be eight (8) track and field events: 60m, 200m, 3000m, Long Jump, High Jump, Javelin, Discus, Shot Put
