About the Event
About
There will be three track events: 100m, 400m and 1 mile. Each event will be age and sex factored using the WMA Age Graded Tables. This allows each participant, male or female, young or not so young, an equal chance of success.
Age Limits
- Minimum Age for the 100 metres is 8 years
- Minimum Age for the 400 metres is 8 years
- Minimum Age for the 1 mile is 8 years
Age will be calculated as at the date of race in one year age categories.
All school aged entrants must have parental/guardian permission to compete and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the event.
Location
These events will be held at the Malcolm Champion Oval at the Norfolk Island Central School.

I hereby declare that I am in good health and will be properly conditioned for the events I have entered. I absolutely relieve Athletics Norfolk Island and all other parties in any way involved in the conduct of the Norfolk Island GIFT Race of responsibility for any injury, loss or damage to me or my property which I may sustain in the course of or in connection with this athletic event. I authorize the use of my name, voice or picture and any information on this entry form to be used without payment to me in any broadcast, telecast, promotion or advertising or in any way related to this event.
