About the Event
The course for the Around the Island Relay and Race is 25km and can be run as an individual or team event.
Teams can comprise two, three or six runners running one, two or three consecutive legs. Each team member must complete a separate entry form, advising names of the other members of the team.
Start and Finish at Gallows Gate, Kingston.

There will be water stations at each changeover point
This event is also age and sex factored based on the WMA Age-Graded Tables for a 25 km local standard event for men and women and adjusted on the basis of the distance covered by each runner. Starting times will be progressive and the winner/winners will be first across the line whether team or individual.
Age will be calculated as at the date of the race in one year age categories.
All school aged entrants must have parental/guardian permission to compete and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the event.
